Co-Ordination Event Hire are based near London Gatwick, West Sussex and we offer our services to a large area in South of England.

Celebrating over thirty years in the event hire business! Based in Crawley near Gatwick Airport, Co-Ordination Event Hire employs enthusiastic and skilled staff, and carries over 10,000 full covers of fine bone chinaware, modern and classic crockery, cutlery, and glassware. In addition, we offer an extensive range of quality, elegant furniture, electric and gas cooking equipment, refrigeration, refrigerated trailers, and a wide array of coloured linens. Our services include delivery and collection to and from your event, a dirty returns service, daily back-to-back wash facility and a dedicated team. Our geographic coverage includes Central London and the Home Counties (including Sussex, Surrey and Kent). We may occasionally consider further afield, but only where it does not adversely impact the quality and timeliness of our service.
